Everyone is welcome at Yearly Meeting and financial need should not prevent you from joining us.

How to request support

There is no charge to attend Yearly Meeting.

There are fees for residential events for younger Quakers and for Yearly Meeting Gatherings – where applicable these will always be set out clearly in the registration documents.

If you need support with your travel and accommodation costs then email grants@quaker.org.uk to request a claim form. The process is simple and non-judgmental.

If the costs of coming to Yearly Meeting are putting you off then please do request support – we need Quakers with all kinds of spiritual and life experience to be part of our discernment. We welcome applications from younger or under-represented groups of Quakers.

How you can support Yearly Meeting

It costs around £150 per person to run Yearly Meeting. As above, we do not ask for participant fees for non-residential events.

Instead, we encourage all Quakers who can do so to make a donation towards the costs of running Yearly Meeting. Any gift you are able to make will help sustain Yearly Meeting and support vital Quaker work.
