Quakers in the South West look forward to gathering

Quakers in the south & west of England have been revisiting regional gatherings. A decade ago it became difficult to organise residentials, something that Devon & Cornwall Friends had enjoyed doing on a regular basis up until that point.

West youth residential in Street
21 July 2023
Young Quakers gathered for an overnight adventure as part of the Quaker Youth Project in the West region. They shared food, community and worship around the theme of transition and bringing in the new. They were very grateful for the warm welcome by Street Meeting House in Somerset.

Yorkshire Link group goes to Scarborough!

The reinvigorated Yorkshire Link Group have run three events in the last year with the support of their Youth Development worker. In June young people met for a weekend in Scarborough.
