Paul Parker, Recording Clerk of Quakers in Britain said, “Oliver's experience of Quaker work in Europe and at the UN and his deep grounding in Quakerism at local and national level make him a great addition to the Management Meeting of Britain Yearly Meeting. His passion for helping Quaker communities thrive and grow, and for building a sustainable and peaceful world make him the ideal person to lead BYM's witness and worship programmes for a new generation."

One time news reporter for the Friend, Oliver Robertson said, “It is rare to get a chance to work for an organisation you love, and even rarer to do a job that can make use of all your skills and experiences. Doing this job for Quakers in Britain does both.

“I see this job as connecting up all the excellent work already done by the staff of Britain Yearly Meeting and supporting Quakers around the country in living full lives of faith, including putting that faith into action. [QUOTE-START]
