Young People@Yearly Meeting
23 - 26 May 2025, Irthlingborough
A residential programme for 11-15 year olds that runs in parallel with Yearly Meeting and offers creative ways for young people to explore the theme of 'Peace inside and out' and experience being in a Quaker community.
- YP@YM runs in parallel with Yearly Meeting, building community through exciting, creative and collaborative activities. There will be space for worship and exploration of topics that are of importance to Quakers, focussing around this year's theme 'Peace inside and out'.
- Planned by young people for young people.

- For 11–15 year olds (born between 1 September 2009 and 31 August 2013).
- Residential programme at the Rock UK Frontier Centre in Northamptonshire.
- Cost £275, including accommodation, food, all activities and coach transport between Friends House and the Frontier Centre. Financial support available to enable participation - contact your Local/Area Meeting first, or contact cypadmin@quaker.org.uk
- Bookings close Sunday 23 February 2025
- Young people say: “Everyone was welcoming and kind. I liked the balance of seriousness and fun. I got a lot out of it and made good memories along the way."
- Parents say: “My young person felt seen and heard, and wanted to be with their group all day. Psychologically safe, spiritually adventurous - a good mix. Our children were reluctant to come to YM. In the end, they did not want to leave. No higher praise than that."
