Sunday Sessions: Radical Welcome

In a new kind of session for Woodbrooke, we are inviting whole meetings to gather together after Meeting for Worship and join us in an exploration of radical welcome through shared learning and reflection.
In this session, through conversation and illustration, Friends will reflect on what we mean by welcome, what we mean by radical welcome, how we can move from one to the other and consider the practical actions required to be fully welcoming.
Meetings are encouraged to share lunch together as part of the day, either before or after the session. Each meeting will need a named Friend, or small organising group, to coordinate the physical space and Zoom connection locally. Seeing other meetings gathered on screen offers a rare opportunity to learn alongside the wider Quaker community while remaining rooted in local community.
